We are still young, but we already have some major cool brands on the client list. We are in an exciting phase laying down the groundwork for rapid growth, and looking to grow our founding team with more talent to handle the growing demand.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong creative and tech competence to our office in Oslo.

Your role will be split between handling inbound leads, onboarding clients, customer success and in some cases project management. Basically helping our clients shine.

In other words we are looking for a flexible, service minded person who could lead Vevs Customer Success departement in the future.

Vev is a design tool for web productions. Some design- and tech experience is crucial to be able to lead our clients to success. This does not have to be your main competency, but having studied Media and Communications in high school, played around in Photoshop, sketched something in Adobe XD etc. will help you understand Vev faster.

Inbound Sales Management: Whenever large leads come through our website, you'll be their contact person leading them through our onboarding process.

Onboarding: You’ll be managing the onboarding process of our Enterprise clients (large agencies, enterprises and media clients). Here you'll manage the technical onboarding in cooperation with our developers and host workshops on how to use Vev.

Customer Success: Vev is always in development and new features are introduced regularly. In some cases a newsletter announcement is enough to keep our clients in the loop, other times a video call or a visit is needed.

Automation: Solving bottleneck challenges along with the rest of the Vev team to make sales and onboarding smoother.

Startup hustle. You understand that building a company is very, very hard but that is what you want to achieve.

Tech savviness. Skills in all kinds of design tools such as Adobe XD and Sketch. Marketing platforms is a plus.

A natural communicator and service minded.

Self-driven. You consider yourself as a person who gets shit done.
