Find out if you've won Vev "Project of the Month".

Vev Awards is the web design award where creativity matters. Each month, Vev users can submit their projects and our panel of experts at Vev HQ will create a shortlist from which a winner will be chosen. Any projects submitted after deliberation will be considered for the following month's awards.

Discover which design has won this month, as well as our choices for runner-up. We've had so many amazing submissions, that we have also included some special mentions for their creativity, use of Vev features, and overall UX.

Without further ado, let's take a look at the winner...

Winner

CNA Lifestyle in partnership with Chanel

This collaboration between CNA and Chanel was made using Vev, and showcases the powerful key ingredient of the Camellia, which is used in Chanel's skincare range, in an engaging narrative format. The content uses sleek design and animation powered by video scrolling, with subtle Lottie animations, to immerse the readers within the world of Gabrielle Chanel. The historical timeline uses horizontal scrolling to showcase the chronological story of Chanel, before the storytelling continues to engage readers with video scroll animation. Hotspots act as discovery points where readers can explore the beauty secrets at their own leisure, interacting further with the content. This content is also notably well-designed to be presented effectively for both desktop and mobile users, offering an exciting and user-friendly experience to all.

Vev projects with special mention

We received so many beautiful submissions, so here are a few more of our favorites.

Mercedes-Benz Norway

The team at Bertel O Steen had a need for flexibility when creating inspiring articles for their brand Mercedes-Benz. Their current CMS limits the creative structure. Therefore, they have created articles.mercedes-benz.no using Vev, an article page that is developing to become its own Mercedes-Benz content universe with the opportunity to explore history, concepts, models, and more! Using Vev's free-roaming visual canvas and interactive components is breathing new life into their content.

Pedestrian Group

A bold and colorful event page was the submission from Pedestrian Group. Pedestrian and BWS (a local drinks retailer) have teamed up to host a one day sober festival. The one-day sober event removes the stigma that non-drinking is non-social, uniting the local community and homegrown beverage partners in one inclusive space. This landing page is to inform and update visitors of the event, while also showcasing the amazing creatives that will be there on the day. Pedestrian Group embedded forms, uploaded clients fonts and colour, used the pop up feature for an Acknowledgment of Country, and the map feature to help the event attendees find them.
