What's New: Libraries — your single source of truth for brand assets

One library. Infinite on-brand projects.
Keeping brand assets consistent shouldn’t slow teams down. But until now, launching new pages in Vev often meant copying layouts from old projects and templates, or rebuilding structures from scratch. This left the door open to inconsistencies and wasted time.
Today, that changes.
Libraries is officially out of beta and is now the primary way to manage shared brand assets in Vev. With Libraries, teams get a single, reliable source of truth.
Build once, reuse everywhere
Libraries let you push any Vev project into a shared library and reuse it across your team. That means your best work—layouts, sections, and full pages—becomes instantly reusable building blocks.
Instead of redesigning the same structures again and again, you can now:
- Create approved Pages and Sections once
- Store them in a shared Brand Assets library
- Drop them into any new project directly from the Add menu
Whether you’re launching a new campaign, publishing a case study, or rolling out an annual report, your foundation is already done.
Drag. Drop. Done.
Using Libraries is intentionally fast.
Open the Add menu, browse your shared library, and drag a pre-made page or section straight onto the canvas. It snaps into place fully styled with your brand’s colors, typography, and layout already applied.
No rebuilding. No second-guessing. Just swap in your content and publish.
Designed for teams that move fast
Libraries are built for collaboration at scale:
- Shared access ensures everyone works from the same approved assets
- Consistent layouts prevent brand drift as teams grow
- Faster launches free designers and marketers to focus on content
And, because Libraries replace the older Templates feature, everything now lives in one centralized system built for modern workflows.
Note: Templates will remain available for now, but will be removed in the future. We recommend switching to Libraries to future-proof your workflow.
Get started with Libraries
Setting up your first library or converting existing templates takes just a few minutes. To set up your first library, or convert your legacy templates into one, see our guide:
Standardize once. Scale forever.
Brand consistency shouldn’t depend on memory, manuals, or best intentions. It should be built into the tools your team already uses. By turning your best work into reusable building blocks for everything you create next, Libraries make that possible.
